Consumer Loan Payment (vehicle, home equity, personal, etc.)

From an AurGroup Account

With your AurGroup Savings or Checking Account, you can set up recurring or one-time transfer payments to any AurGroup Loan, including Vehicle, Home Equity, Personal, and more. Simply log in through Online Banking or the Mobile App and select Payments. From here, you will choose the from account, to account (the loan), payment type (regular, principal, or pay down*) enter the payment amount and click continue.

*Paydown will not pay off the loan in its entirety and may be different than a payoff. Call us for payoff information.

From an External Account (non-AurGroup account)

AurGroup’s LoanPay allows you to easily make payments to your AurGroup Loans online from another financial institution. Simply add your payment method (Debit Card or Checking Account) and make your payment. Click ACCESS LOAN PAY to get started. Note: for first-time users, you’ll need to Register for Loan Pay which requires your Loan Account Number (not member number).

Skip-A-Payment

Take a vacation from your next loan payment

With AurGroup’s Skip-A-Payment program, you may be eligible to skip your next auto or personal loan payment. Have more than one loan? Great! you can skip payments on each loan up to two times each year. Learn more and get started below.

Mortgage Loan Payment

MyCU Mortgage Loan

If your mortgage loan is with our partners at MyCU Mortgage, you can choose these options to make your payment:

  • Go to MY CU Mortgage to set up recurring or one-time payment(s)

  • Call AurGroup at (513) 942-4422 to pay by phone

  • Use your Financial Institutions Bill Payment service

AurGroup Mortgage Loan

If your loan is NOT with MyCU and held by AurGroup, you can make your payment using AurGroup’s Online Banking to make a transfer OR, if your payment is not from an AurGroup account, you can use your Financial Institution’s Bill Payment Service.
